Sourcing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Sourcing Manager to strengthen our Sourcing team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of strategic sourcing and build sustainable, cost-effective supply chains together with the business and supplier network.
In your role you are responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies together with business units. You are responsible for tenders, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management. You will conduct cost analysis and actively seek savings opportunities, support project procurement and ensure supplier performance, monitor market trends and operational situations and develop new procurement models.
We expect you to have several years of experience in strategic procurement in a sourcing role. You are ready to both develop and share your expertise to achieve common goals. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and work systematically even when schedules are tight. In this role you will need negotiation skills, commercial thinking and ability to analyze information and make decisions based on it. You are fluent in Finnish and English languages, both written and oral. You have a university degree, suitable for the role. Previous experience in food industry and/or in food supplement and sport nutrition business is a significant advantage.
