We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive
Product Development Manager
who develops innovative products that promote well-being for the international market. The position is new in our company. You will be part of our product development team at our head office in Vantaa.
In your role you are responsible for planning and implementing international product development projects following our innovation process. Your role also includes practical product development tasks, as preparing samples and product information, to our product groups of protein and snack bars, sports powders, outdoor meal powders and nutritional supplements.
- You will participate in generating new product ideas, searching for new ingredients, and planning projects to enable successful product launches.
- You will work closely with sales and marketing to identify potential consumer and market needs and bring customer-oriented solutions to product development.
- In addition to your team, you will actively collaborate with quality assurance, production and procurement.
- Problem solving, supporting production and developing operating methods are part of your work.
We expect you to have solid experience in product development tasks in either the dietary supplement or food industry and a proven track record of successfully managing international product development projects. You are ready to both develop and share your expertise to achieve common goals. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and work systematically even when schedules are tight. You will need Finnish, Swedish and English in your role. You have a university degree suitable for the role.
